Our Journalism Students and Their Work
Feature stories can be powerful, moving and personal, but all are unique. These stories connect to the human element behind the story, providing an in-depth look at a subject or person.
Mastering the art of writing a feature story equips a writer with storytelling skills that engage all audiences.
Journalism Features
The Professional Writing program offers several journalism classes. Each course provides a foundation for the next, building up to multimedia work in students’ fourth year. These are feature stories from several of the classes, ranging from short feature stories to longer news essays.
