🍁 Fall Into Learning: Faculty AI Challenge 🍁
GCU’s Faculty Training & Development is inviting faculty to showcase creative ways they’re using AI in the classroom. From seasonal discussion prompts to AI-powered visuals, quizzes, or feedback, this challenge is all about highlighting innovative approaches that inspire student engagement.
✨ The goal: To help faculty discover fresh approaches to inspire students, explore AI in a supportive, collaborative environment, and add a seasonal twist that makes learning feel as energizing as a pumpkin spice latte.

🤖 GCU Joins the Presidential AI Challenge
Grand Canyon University is proud to support the Presidential AI Challenge, a nationwide initiative designed to inspire K–12 students to explore how artificial intelligence can be used for good.
Under the direction of Dr. Randy Gibb, the K12 Educational Development department is leading GCU’s efforts to engage and empower the next generation of learners and innovators. The team will be working directly with K–12 students and teachers to support project submissions, helping students explore AI’s potential to solve real-world problems through creativity, collaboration, and ethical innovation.

Canyon PD’s K12OS AI Support
Canyon Professional Development (Canyon PD) offers K–12 educators, schools, and districts professional learning opportunities that can show how to integrate artificial intelligence into teaching and learning. Through flexible in-person and virtual sessions, educators have the opportunity to gain strategies to enhance lesson planning, question development, and content creation using tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot.
